摘要
民国时期上海舞厅业蓬勃发展,催生出了舞女这一新的群体。一直以来,社会各界对舞女的评价褒贬不一,构成了舞女错综复杂的社会形象。本文对民国时期上海舞女的收入情况进行考察,发现舞女的收入来源多样,收入高低具有明显差异。舞女的收入悬殊由主客观多种因素影响导致,时代的变化则直接决定了舞女的命运。作为民国时期的职业女性,舞女一方面具有一定的独立和解放意识,另一方面又具有一定的商品属性。舞女的收入随着上海舞业的浮沉而变化,舞女的职业身份最终亦随着官方对舞厅舞的取缔而转型。
During the period of the Republic of China,the dance hall industry in Shanghai flourished,giving birth to a new female group of dancers.For a long time,the evaluation of dancers from all walks of life has been mixed,which constitutes a complex social image of dancers.This paper investigates the income of dancers in Shanghai during the period of the Republic of China and finds that the sources of income of dancers were diverse and there were also obvious differences in income.The income disparity of dancers is caused by many subjective and objective factors,and the changes of the times directly determine the fate of dancers.As professional women in the new era,dancers held a certain sense of independence and liberation on the one hand,and a certain commodity attribute on the other hand.The income of dancers changed with the rise and fall of the Shanghai dance industry,and the professional identity of dancers was finally transformed by the official ban on ballroom dance.
