摘要
针对半刚电缆成型效率低、质量一致性差、人员技能依赖严重的情况,开展了工艺攻关。经研究,掌握了某型号用半刚电缆成型工装的设计方法,实现了成型效率提升6倍、成型合格率达到100%、一致性达到100%且平面度和弯曲角度分别为6.5 mm±0.4 mm、0.2 mm,均满足文件要求,生产过程持续稳定。进一步,结合应用情况,将研究成果进行了固化和推广,极大提升公司型号用半刚电缆成型效率,同时也有效保证了线缆成型的一致性和易操作性。
In response to low molding efficiency,poor quality consistency,and severe dependence on personnel skills of semi rigid cables,process research has been carried out.After research,we have mastered the design method of a semi rigid cable forming fixture for a certain model,achieving a 6-fold increase in forming efficiency,a 100%pass rate,a 100%consistency,and a flatness and bending angle of 6.5 mm±0.4 mm and 0.2 mm,respectively.All of these meet the requirements of the document,and the production process is continuously stable.Furthermore,based on the application situation,the research results were solidified and promoted,greatly improving the molding efficiency of the company’s semi rigid cable models,while also efficiency ensuring the consistency and ease of operation of wire molding.
