摘要
抗日战争时期,澳门地区由于属于葡萄牙管治等原因,未被日军占领,成为毗邻沦陷地区包围下的一座孤岛。特殊的局势促使澳门地区娱乐业日臻繁荣,尤以粤剧为甚,来澳门地区演出的粤剧艺人之多、剧目之繁、戏院档期之密,空前绝后。澳门粤剧创演以市场为导向,利用西方科学技术,兼收电影、话剧等艺术的养分,不断创造革新。同时粤剧也发挥了自身的文化功能,任剑辉等粤剧艺人积极奔走义演,动员民众支持抗战,解决战时难民救助等社会问题,展现了万众一心、同舟共济的大义精神。
During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,Macao region was not occupied by the Japanese for reasons such as being under Portuguese rule,and instead became an isolated island surrounded by enemyoccupied areas.The unique situation led to a boom in the entertainment industry on the island,especially Cantonese opera,with an unprecedented number of artists coming to Macao region to perform,a huge repertoire of plays and operas available,and extremely intense schedules of the theaters.During that period,the innovation and performance of Cantonese opera in Macao region followed the market-oriented approach.It took advantage of western science and technology and continued to evolve by drawing upon the elements of modern film and drama.Apart from this,Cantonese opera also fulfilled special cultural funetions in wartime,with Ren Jianhui and other Cantonese opera artists running around giving charity shows to mobilize the public in support of the resistance effort and raise attention on social issues such as refugee relief,demonstrating the spirit of righteousness,solidarity,and mutual support in times of difficulty.
