摘要
文化创新是创新型国家建设的有机构成,通过文化创新实现文化高质量发展,建立文化自身永续发展的内部动力,既是文化生产服务于国家和人民的使命要求,也是文化自身持续发展的本然要求。文化发展的创新驱动要着力突显四种观念意识与创新机制:一是响应文化因应时代性而创新的规律,拓展传统文化IP的时代性内涵和产业路径;二是响应消费社会的到来,强化文化创意设计对文化生产的加值与升级;三是响应数字时代的到来,强化文化创新和科技创新的双向互动,建立文化生产的创新基因;四是响应全球化语境下空间重构的趋势,强化文化对空间再生、地方振兴的支持作用,塑造独特的文化地理。
Cultural innovation is the organic component of the construction of an innovative country.Realizing the high quality development of culture through cultural innovation and establishing the internal motivation for the sustainable development of culture itself are not only the mission of cultural production to serve the country and the people,but also the inherent requirement of the sustainable development of culture itself.The innovation drive of cultural development should focus on highlighting four conceptual awareness and innovation mechanisms:The first is responding to the law of cultural innovation with the times and expanding the contemporary connotation and industrial path of traditional cultural IP;The second is responding to the arrival of consumer society,strengthening cultural creative design for cultural production to upgrade and add value;The third is responding to the arrival of the digital age,strengthening the two-way interaction between cultural innovation and technological innovation,and establishing innovative gene for cultural production;the fourth is responding to the trend of spatial reconstruction in the context of globalization,strengthening culture’s ability to support space regeneration and local revitalization to create an unique cultural geography.
