摘要
为满足闭路监控电视(closed-circuit television,CCTV)对宽视场角、低温度漂移和高清成像的要求,设计了一款超大光圈的闭路监控电视镜头,该镜头由6片常用球面玻璃透镜和2片常用非球面塑胶透镜组成,光圈可达1.2,视场角120°,焦距5 mm,总长度小于32 mm,波长范围为436~950 nm,探测器尺寸为1/1.8″(16∶9)。结果表明,该镜头在-40~80℃环境温度内具有低温度漂移,在奈奎斯特频率为120 lp/mm处,在-40℃下全视场调制传递函数(MTF)均大于0.4,20℃下全视场MTF均大于0.3,80℃下全视场MTF均大于0.2。相较于目前已有的安防镜头,本文设计的镜头具有高照度、宽视场角、低温度漂移等优点,公差要求满足现代加工水平,且结构紧凑、易于装调、成本低,可广泛用于安防等领域。
In order to meet the requirements of wide field of view,low temperature drift and high-definition imaging of closed-circuit television,we design a super large aperture closed circuit television lens.The lens are composed of 6 pieces of common spherical glass lenses and 2 pieces of common aspherical plastic lenses with a focal length of 5 mm,an aperture of 1.2,a field of view(FOV)of 120°,and the total length is less than 32 mm.The wavelength range is 436-950 nm,and the detector size is 1/1.8"(16∶9).The simulation results show that the lens has low temperature drift in the temperature range of-40-80℃.At the Nyquist frequency of 120 lp/mm,the modulation transfer function(MTF)is greater than 0.4 at-40℃,0.3 at 20℃and 0.2 at 80℃.Compared with the existing security lenses,this design has the advantages of high illuminance,wide field of view,low temperature drift and the tolerance requirements meet the modern processing level.The structure is compact,easy to assemble,low cost,and can be widely used in security and other fields.
