摘要
以匍匐生长的草本克隆植物喜旱莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides)为对象,采用盆栽实验,研究了克隆整合特性和磷素对植株各片段生物量、光合特性及其对镉的富集总量的影响。实验结果表明:当植株子节遭受镉胁迫(20 mg/kg)时,克隆整合特性完整(子节与母节连接)对子节的生物量和叶绿素含量的增加有促进作用,同时植株对镉的富集总量也比克隆整合特性解除(子节与母节切断)时提高了317.97%;当母节生长在高磷条件(1000 mg/kg)的土壤中时,镉胁迫(20 mg/kg)条件下子节生物量、镉浓度及其对镉的富集总量比低磷条件(400 mg/kg)下分别增高了151.79%、30.65%和228.95%。喜旱莲子草的克隆整合特性与磷素协同作用,具有更强的富集土壤中镉的能力。
Taking the creeping herbaceous clonal plant Alternanthera philoxeroides as the experimental subject,the effects of clonal integration characteristics and phosphorus on the biomass,photosynthetic characteristics and Cd total accumulation of each fragment of Alternanthera philoxeroides were studied by pot experiment.The results showed that when the apical ramets were subjected to Cd stress(20 mg/kg),the complete clonal integration characteristics(the apical ramets and the basal ramets were connected)promoted the increase of the biomass and chlorophyll content of the apical ramets.At the same time,Cd total accumulation of the plant was 317.97%higher than that when the clonal integration characteristics were removed(the apical ramets and the basal ramets were cut off).When the basal ramets grew in the soil with high phosphorus(1000 mg/kg),the biomass,Cd concentration and Cd total accumulation in the apical ramets under Cd stress(20 mg/kg)were 151.79%,30.65%and 228.95%higher than those under low phosphorus condition(400mg/kg).The synergistic effect between the clonal integration characteristics of Alternanthera philoxeroides and phosphorus has a stronger ability to enrich Cd in soil.
