摘要
采用粉末Si覆盖在金属Mo的表面,以高频电源为加热热源,使Si在Mo基体中进行高温扩散,制备了MoMoSi_(2)梯度材料,研究了渗硅温度、渗硅时间对Mo-MoSi_(2)梯度层特征的影响。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、能谱等对梯度层的物相、形貌、结构等进行了检测和分析,其结果表明:在1350℃下,渗硅时间延长至300min,试样表面层可以获得纯MoSi_(2)相,Mo-MoSi_(2)梯度层结构致密,厚度可达到350μm,其物相依次为MoSi_(2)、Mo_(5)Si_(3)、MoSi_(3)、Mo。
Mo-MoSi_(2)gradient material was prepared by ihrigizing of silicon powder.The silicon powder was covered on the molybdenum and heated by high-frequency electric source to make the silicon diffuse into the molybdenum under high temperature.The effect of ihrigizing temperature and ihrigizing time on the Mo-MoSi_(2)gradient layer characteristics,such as phase,morphology,and structure,was studied,with X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and Energy Spectrum.The experimental results show that pure MoSi_(2)phase can obtain on the sample surface with ihrigizing time of 300 min at 1350℃,and this Mo-MoSi_(2)gradient layer has compact structure with thickness of 350μm,and the phases are MoSi_(2),Mo_(5)Si_(3),MoSi_(3),Mo in turn.
