摘要 为了研究腐蚀作用对钢管混凝土拱桥吊杆高强度镀锌钢丝的静力拉伸性能的影响,利用盐雾试验机进行酸性盐雾腐蚀试验制作了6种不同腐蚀程度的钢丝,另取等长度的8根未腐蚀钢丝作为对照组,共计56根,对这些等长度的试样进行了室内单轴静力拉伸试验。分析了腐蚀程度对高强镀锌钢丝静力拉伸性能的影响和钢丝断口形貌。结果表明:腐蚀环境对高强钢丝的侵蚀使得钢丝的名义强度显著降低,腐蚀程度的增大会引起钢丝的延伸率和极限应变大幅下降,建立了名义强度和质量损失率的关系模型,为吊杆钢丝力学性能退化评估提供依据。 In order to study the influence of corrosion on the static tensile properties of high strength galvanized steel wire for suspender of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge,the acid salt spray corrosion test was carried out on the steel wire which was not corroded in the old suspender of the existing bridge.Six kinds of steel wire with different corrosion degree were made,and another five non corroded steel wires of the same length were taken as the control group The uniaxial tensile test was carried out on the specimens with length.The influence of corrosion degree on static tensile properties and fracture morphology of high strength galvanized steel wire were analyzed.The experimental results show that the nominal strength of high-strength steel wire is significantly reduced by corrosion environment,and the elongation and ultimate strain of steel wire will be greatly reduced with the increase of corrosion degree.The relationship model between nominal strength and mass loss rate is established,which provides basis for the evaluation of mechanical property degradation of suspender steel wire.
