摘要
目的探讨老年高血压病患者血清末端脑钠肽前体(pro-brain natriuretic peptide,pro-BNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)与认知功能的相关性。方法选取2019-01至2020-10就诊于武警陕西总队医院门诊及住院的高血压病患者178例。依据简易智力量表评分及蒙特利尔认知评分检测结果,分为无认知障碍组(117例)和认知障碍组(61例),比较两组患者血清pro-BNP及hs-CRP。结果认知障碍组pro-BNP[(426.52±18.72)pg/ml]高于无认知障碍组[(120.36±15.61)pg/ml],差异有统计学意义(t=-115.965,P=0.000);认知障碍组hs-CRP[(3.91±0.46)ng/L]高于无认知障碍组[(3.27±0.52)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(t=-33.376,P=0.000)。结论血清pro-BNP,hs-CRP与认知功能障碍的发生有密切的关系,提示在老年高血压病患者中,应重视监测pro-BNP及hs-CRP,对认知功能障碍的预防有重要的临床指导意义。
Objective To investigate the correlations between levels of pro-natriuretic peptide precursor,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and cognition in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 178 patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital between January 2019 and October 2020 were included in this study.Serum levels of pro-BNP and hs-CRP were detected.The patients were divided into two groups:the cognitive impairment group(n=61)and non-cognitive impairment group(n=117)according to the MMSE score and Montreal Cognitive Assessment score.Results Serum levels of pro-BNP in the cognitive impairment group were significantly higher than those of the non-cognitive impairment group(426.52±18.72 pg/ml vs 120.36±15.61 pg/ml,P=0.000),so were the levels of hs-CRP in the cognitive impairment group(5.91±0.46 ng/L vs 3.27±0.52 ng/L,P=0.000).Conclusions Serum levels of pro-BNP and hs-CRP are closely related to the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction.It is suggested that these levels be monitored in the elderly patients with hypertension so as to prevent cognitive dysfunction.
