摘要
党的二十大报告明确提出要加快建设教育强国、科技强国和人才强国,坚持为党育人、为国育才,统筹职业教育、高等教育、继续教育协同创新,推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇,优化职业教育类型定位,加快构建高质量教育体系^([1])。新时代召唤着中国职业教育必须为第二个百年奋斗目标,为我国制造业健康、有序的腾飞提供源源不断的职业高级人才,党的二十大再次为中国职业教育改革和发展定调指路。文章以新疆信创产业发展现状为切入点进行论述,分析总结新疆信创人才培养存在:信创教学紧迫性认知不足、信创课程标准滞后、信创课程体系不完整、信创教学基础设施和教学资源不完善、信创师资不足等问题,以实践是检验真理的唯一标准为实践原则,进行新疆信创行业人才培养实践模式的探索,得出新疆信创行业人才培养实践策略。旨在推动新疆助力国家职业教育健康稳步高效的发展,最终为新疆社会稳定、长治久安,为中国式现代化的新疆篇打下坚实人才基础。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Party clearly proposed that we must speed up work to build a strong educational system,greater scientific and technological strength,and a quality workforce.We must continue efforts to cultivate talent for the Party and the country and coordinate the collaborative innovation of vocational education,higher education and continuing education.We must also promote the integration of vocational education and general education,of industry and education,and of science and education,and optimize the positioning of vocational education types.We also have to accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system.The new era calls for China's vocational education to provide a steady professional advanced talents for the second centenary goal,and the healthy and orderly development of China's manufacturing industry.The party's 20 Congress once again guides China's vocational education reform and development.The paper begins with the current situation of development of IT application and innovation industry of Xinjiang.Then it analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in Xinjiang IT application and innovation talent training,such as insufficient acknowledgement to the urgency of IT application and innovation teaching,outdated curriculum standard,incomplete curriculum system,imperfect infrastructure and teaching resources,and insufficient teachers,etc.It explores practice strategies of the mode of talent training in Xinjiang IT application and innovation industry based on practical principles to lay a solid talent foundation for Xinjiang social stability,long-term peace and stability in Chinese modernization.
