摘要
【编者按】作为全球化的一个重要维度,跨国人口流动对世界政治变迁产生了重要影响。近年来民族主义的复兴、民粹主义的崛起、恐怖主义的国际化等政治现象就展现了跨国人口流动给政治体系和政治过程带来的冲击。为此,我们约请相关学术领域的10位学者,就如下四个基本问题进行讨论:(1)世界政治视域下的跨国人口流动;(2)跨国人口流动与民主政治;(3)跨国人口流动与国家治理;(4)中外关系中的跨国人口问题。
As an important aspect of globalization,transnational population movements have a profound impact on changes in world politics.In recent years,political phenomena such as the revival of nationalism,the rise of populism,and the internationalization of terrorism illustrate the impact of the transnational population movement on the political system and political process.The editorial office invited 10 wellknown scholars to discuss the following four essential topics,namely:(1)Transnational population movement as a world political issue;(2)Transnational population movement and democratic politics;(3)Transnational population movement and national governance;(4)The transnational population issue in the Sino-foreign relations.The purpose of publishing this series of articles is to inspire academia to further think about the relationship between the transnational population movement and the changes in world politics.
