摘要
某超高层建筑采用CFG桩复合地基处理方案,解决软弱下卧层承载力不足,并减少高层建筑沉降。按上部结构和地基基础协同作用分析计算,地基采用有限压缩层复合模量法,建筑最大沉降计算值和实测结果一致,基础挠曲计算值和目前高层建筑整体挠曲实测值接近。基底压力呈马鞍型分布。
A super high-rise building adopts CFG pile composite foundation treatment scheme to solve the insufficient bearing capacity of the weak underlying layer and reduce the settlement of high-rise buildings.According to the analysis and calculation of the interaction between superstructure and foundation,the foundation adopts composite modulus method of the finite compression layer,the calculated value of the maximum settlement of the building is consistent with the measured results,and the calculated value of the foundation flexure is close to the measured value of the overall flexure of the high-rise building.The base pressure is distributed in saddle shape.
