钢支撑-混凝土框-排架结构在电厂主厂房中的应用

摘要 从钢支撑的布置要求、受力机理、构造类型等方面总结了钢支撑-混凝土框-排架结构在较高烈度地区火力发电厂主厂房中的应用。建议在合理选择钢支撑截面的前提下,钢支撑-混凝土框-排架主厂房结构的层间位移角限值仍按纯框-排架结构的要求进行控制。利用结构有限元辅助计算软件对某7度Ⅳ类场地的主厂房结构进行了小震下的弹性分析和大震下的弹塑性动力分析,结果表明:在多遇地震作用下,相比单纯的钢筋混凝土框-排架结构,钢支撑-混凝土框-排架结构能明显改善结构的各项计算指标;在罕遇地震作用下,结构弹塑性动力分析所得的层间位移角能够满足抗震变形要求,且大于简化方法分析的结果。钢支撑-混凝土框-排架结构应按纯框-排架和钢支撑框-排架2种模型分别进行计算并取包络值,以满足多道设防的设计要求。相关结论可为类似地区电厂主厂房的结构设计提供参考。 The paper summarizes the application of steel brace and RC frame structures in the main building of power plants in high intensity areas.It is suggested that when the brace section is properly selected,the limit value of the inter-story displacement angleof the main building structure with steel braces is still controlled according to the requirements of the pure frame structure.The elastic analysis under small earthquakes and elastic-plastic dynamic analysis under strong earthquakes of a main building structureat the 7 degreesⅣsite area are carried out withthe structure finite element calculation software.The results show that under the action of the multiple earthquake,the structure with steel braces can obviously improve the calculating indexes.Under the action of rare earthquakes,the inter-story displacement angleo btained by the elastic-plastic dynamic analysis of the structure can meet the requirements of seismic deformation and is larger than that obtained by the simplified method.In order to meet the design concept of multi-protection measures,the envelope value should be calculated according to the two models of pure frame and steel brace frame respectively.The conclusions can be used as a reference for the structural design of the main building of power plant in similar areas.
