基于ABAQUS方形煤仓多方案屋盖系统受力分析

Force analysis of multivariate roof system for square coal bunker based on ABAQUS software

摘要 设计了封闭式方形煤仓的多种屋盖系统,包括混凝土屋盖、钢桁架屋盖和钢网架屋盖系统,采用通用有限元软件对不同的屋盖系统进行建模计算,研究了结构自重、屋面活荷载及雪荷载等荷载工况,确定了各荷载工况对仓壁结构的受力影响,了解其受力特征,并对不同方案屋盖系统进行了经济性分析。 Multiple roof systems for closed square coal bunker are designed including concrete roof system,steel truss roof system and steel grid roof system.Different roof systems are modeled and calculated with common finite element software.The conditions of structural dead load,live load and snow load of roofs are studied to determine their force effect on the roof systems and force characteristics,and make an economic analysis of the roof systems in different schemes.
