摘要
针对混凝土抗腐蚀问题,通过制备685底涂、3组分685胶黏剂和R670胶板组成的HLP-R670预硫化双层复合衬胶(简称"HLP-R670衬胶")防腐体系,研究HLP-R670衬胶对混凝土抗腐蚀性和耐久性的关键参数的影响。结果表明:HLP-R670衬胶能有效地提高混凝土的抗渗水性、抗碳化性能、抗氯离子渗透性以及护筋性能,减少侵蚀介质对混凝土的腐蚀,延长混凝土的服役寿命。
Based on the anti-corrosion issues of marine concrete,this paper studies the the effects of HLP-R670 rubber(including 685 primer,adhesive agent and R670 rubber)on the key durability parameters of concrete.The results show that concrete with HLP-R670 rubber protection exhibits optimum anti-water adsorption,anti-carbonation,anti-chloride diffusion and ability of protecting rebar from corrosion,and HLP-R670 rubber can effectively protect concrete from being eroded and prolong its service life.
