摘要
9HA.02燃机是世界上最大、最高效也是增长速度最快的先进代表机型燃机之一,发展和采用9HA.02燃机是助力电厂增效减排、加速全球低碳变革的有效途径之一。但是单轴9HA.02燃机-蒸汽联合循环机组基础设计在国际上尚无成功经验可以参考,其基础整体模型大、结构形式新、燃机设备本体大都增加了基础设计时的难度。依托某替代电源项目,为保证基础的动力性能分析可靠,采用SAP2000软件建立燃机基础的杆壳模型,采用ANSYS软件建立燃机基础的实体模型,并分别采用多点同时施加带相位动扰力和单点单独施加动扰力后SRSS求和的方法分析其动力响应,依据厂家标准HTGD 655066和国家标准GB 50040-2020对9HA.02燃机基础进行动力响应评估。结果表明,结构的振动均控制在各标准的限值范围内,9HA.02燃机基础动力性能良好。研究结果可为大型燃机基础的工程设计提供参考。
At present,the 9HA.02 gas turbine is one of the largest,most efficient and fastest-growing advanced representative gas turbines in the world.The development and adoption of the 9HA.02 gas turbine will help power plants increase efficiency and reduce emissions,and accelerate the global low-carbon transformation.However,there is no successful experience in the basic design of the single-shaft 9HA.02 gas turbine-steam combined cycle unit for reference in the world.The large overall model of the basic model,the new structural form,and the main body of the gas turbine equipment increase the difficulty of basic design.In this paper,relying on an alternative power supply project,in order to ensure the reliability of the dynamic performance analysis of the foundation,SAP2000 software is used to establish the beam-shell model of the gas turbine foundation and ANSYS software is used to establish the solid model of the gas turbine foundation.The dynamic response of the 9HA.02 gas turbine foundation is evaluated according to the manufacturer's standard HTGD 655066 and the national standard GB 50040-2020.The results show that the vibration of the structure is controlled within the limits of each standard,and the basic dynamic performance of the 9HA.02 gas turbine is good.The research results serve as a reference for the engineering design of large-scale gas turbine foundation.
