摘要
边疆民族地区加快实现现代化步伐是习近平总书记提出的"脱贫攻坚"重要战略之一,也是实施治疆兴疆方略的基础。实践证明,边疆民族地区实现现代化的路径多种多样,内蒙古阿拉善盟利用广袤的沙漠地区开展沙漠赛车运动,不仅彻底改善了当地交通道路和交通工具,且每年百万以上的人员参加"沙漠英雄会"也给当地旅游经济创造了巨大的发展空间。文章试图以此为研究对象,阐述这种特殊的竞技运动怎么样成为边疆沙漠贫困地区的富裕道路。
Speeding up the pace of modernization in border ethnic areas is one of the important strategies for "poverty alleviation" proposed by General Secretary Jinping Xi,and it is also the basis for implementing the strategy of governing and rejuvenating Xinjiang.Practice has proved that there are many ways to realize modernization in the frontier ethnic areas.The Alxa League in Inner Mongolia uses the vast desert area to develop desert racing,which not only completely improves the local traffic roads and means of transportation,but also creates a huge space for the development of local tourism economy by the participation of more than one million people in the "Desert FB-festival" every year.This paper attempts to use this as a research object to explain how this special competitive sport has become a richer area in the border desert and poverty-stricken areas.
