摘要
在跨境电商产业迅速发展的背景下,跨境电商企业人才出现较大缺口。陕西民办院校积极培育跨境电商人才,但由于人才培养体系存在问题,致使企业的用人需求无法得到满足。对陕西民办院校在跨境电商人才培养体系中存在的问题进行了分析,并对人才培养目标、课程设置、尤其是实践环节的校企合作方式等提出优化对策。以期促使陕西省民办高校跨境电商人才培养体系做出调整,培养满足企业需求的人才。
Under the background of rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry,there is a big gap in cross-border e-commerce talents.Private colleges and universities in Shanxi actively cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents,but problems in the personnel training system cannot make gradutes meet their employment needs.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cross-border e-commerce talents training system of private colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,and puts forward optimization countermeasures for personnel training objectives,curriculum setting,school-enterprise cooperation mode,especially in the practice links.It is expected to make adjustments to the training system of cross-border e-commerce talents in private colleges and universities in Shanxi Province to cultivate talents to meet the needs of enterprises.
