摘要
本文分析了武警部队抢险救援行动的特点和灾害事故对部队行动的影响,给出了抢险救援行动中数据保障的需求,最后运用大数据、物联网、云计算、人工智能等新兴技术,探讨设计了具有自然灾害监测预警、危化品生产风险监测、处置方案智能辅助生成、机动路线规划、后装物资查询的数据可视化系统。
This paper describes the characteristics of rescue and rescue operations of CAPF and the impact of disaster accidents on the operations of the army,analyzes the needs of data protection in rescue and rescue operations,and finally,the emerging technologies such as big data,Internet of Things,cloud computing,artificial intelligence are used to explore and design a data visualization system with natural disaster monitoring and early warning,hazardous chemical production risk monitoring,intelligent assisted generation of disposal plans,mobile route planning and post-loading material inquiry.
