"散手"最早見於魏晉,義項豐富,但各辭書收録不全,有sànshǒu和sǎnshǒu二音,實際上記録三個不同的詞,記作:散1手和散2手a、散2手b,共7個義項。這三個詞每個語素的含義皆不同。散1手、散2手a在現代漢語中已消亡,前者被其音轉同源詞"撒手"替代,後者隨着社會制度的變遷而消失。
Sanshou(撒手) was first seen in the Wei and Jin dynasties.It is rich in meanings,but not included in each dictionary.There are two sounds:s àn shǒu and sǎn shǒu.In fact,it recorded three different words:San1 shou(散1手)and San2 shoua(散2手2),San2 shoub(散2手b),and 7 meanings.Each morpheme of these three words has a different meaning."San1shou" and "San2shoua" have disappeared in modern Chinese.The former one has been replaced by its phonetic cognate word Sashou(撒手),and the latter has disappeared with the change of social system.
