随着全球环保意识的日益增强,制浆造纸行业面临着减少环境污染、提高资源利用率和增加生产效率的重大挑战。传统的造纸工艺伴随着大量的水污染和能源消耗,因此,寻求更为环保的解决方案,成为行业发展的迫切需求。环保型造纸助剂作为这一变革的关键因素,在制浆造纸过程中的应用,不仅有助于改善工艺性能,还能降低环境负担。本研究旨在探讨环保型造纸助剂的化学性质、功能、环保效益,分析环保型造纸助剂在制浆造纸过程中的具体应用,以期为该领域的技术进步和可持续发展提供理论支持和实践指导。
With the increasing awareness of global environmental protection,the pulp and paper industry is facing the major challenges of reducing environmental pollution,improving resource utilization and increasing production efficiency.The traditional papermaking process is accompanied by a large amount of water pollution and energy consumption,therefore,the search for more environmentally friendly solutions has become an urgent need for the development of the industry.The application of environmentally friendly papermaking auxiliaries in the pulp and paper making process,as a key factor of this change,not only helps to improve the process performance,but also reduces the burden on the environment.The aim of this study is to explore the chemical properties,functions,and environmental benefits of environmentally friendly papermaking auxiliaries,and to analyze the specific applications of environmentally friendly papermaking auxiliaries in the pulp and paper making process,with a view to providing theoretical support and practical guidance for technological advancement and sustainable development in this field.
