摘要
本文通过对印刷企业深入调研,了解到目前印刷行业普遍存在VOCs无组织管控、废气收集效率、末端治理措施运维、源头控制力度及台账建设等方面问题。结合该区域相关政策要求,提出控制无组织排放、明确过程收集管控要求、实施源头替代、优化末端治理设施及强化监督执法力度等具体对策,以期为印刷行业VOCs深度治理提供科学依据和实用参考。
This article conducted in-depth research on printing enterprises,and learned that there are common problems in the printing industry,such as unorganized VOCs control,waste gas collection efficiency,operation and maintenance of end treatment measures,source control efforts,and ledger construction.Based on the relevant policy requirements in the region,specific measures are proposed to control unorganized emissions,clarify process collection and control requirements,implement source substitution,optimize end of pipe treatment facilities,and strengthen supervision and law enforcement,in order to provide scientific basis and practical reference for the deep management of VOCs in the printing industry.
