摘要
针对焦化废水回用系统COD难降解等棘手问题,通过碳滤膜COD去除技术进行应用研究。研究结果表明,当碳滤膜装置进水COD≤300 mg/L时,通过碳滤膜处理后,出水COD≤40 mg/L,满足RO系统进水要求,碳滤膜系统回收率为95%~99%,且在同等COD去除条件下,其直接运行费用较投加COD特种去除剂可节约10~15元/m^(3)。因此可知,碳滤膜技术在焦化废水上具有良好的应用前景。
Aiming at the difficult problems of COD degradation in coke plant wastewater reuse system,a study was conducted on the application of carbon membrane COD removal technology.The results showed that when the influent COD concentration of the carbon membrane device was controlled below 300 mg/L,the effluent COD concentration could be reduced to below 40 mg/L after treatment with the carbon membrane,meeting the influent requirements of the RO system.At the same time,the recovery rate of the carbon membrane system was between 95%~99%,and under the same COD removal conditions,its direct operating cost was 10~15 yuan/m^(3)lower than that of adding special COD remover.Therefore,carbon membrane technology has good application prospects in coke plant wastewater treatment.
