摘要
提出了一种新型HF RFID读写器天线,适用于ISO14443A/B协议的13.56MHz RFID读写器,读写器天线由匹配调谐网络和矩形线圈构成。该天线可在对天线品质因子造成极小影响条件下实现磁场强度的增强。在本设计中,采用ANSYS HFSS对该近场天线进行建模、仿真和优化。天线整体尺寸为79mm×87.5mm×1mm,该天线具有能够产生比单圈天线以及等距多匝线圈天线更强的H场;可以更有效地利用天线线圈的内部空间,且可以避免现有的紧密绕制的多匝线圈天线导致的Q值过高的问题,该天线可以在安防、运输等RFID应用场景有着更广泛的应用。
This paper presents a new type of HF RFID reader antenna.The HF antenna is suitable for 13.56 MHz RFID reader with ISO14443 A/B protocol.The reader antenna consists of a matching tuning network and a rectangular coil.The antenna can realize the enhancement of the magnetic field strength under the condition of minimal influence on the Q value.In this design,ANSYS HFSS is used to model,simulate and optimize the near-field antenna.The antenna uses FR4 as the dielectric substrate.The overall size of the antenna is 7.5 mmx7.5 mmx1 mm.The design has a stronger H-field than single-turn antennas and equidistant multi-turn coil antennas;at the same time,the antenna can maintain the antenna’s quality factor to meet communication requirements.This design can use the internal space of the antenna coil more effectively than other designs in the past.The antenna can be more widely used in RFID application scenarios such as security and transportation.
