摘要
“Nothing can come of nothing”作为莎士比亚悲剧《李尔王》中的一句经典台词,深刻地绘就了早期李尔的精神底色。“无中不能生有”这个重要的哲学命题,自从被古希腊哲学家巴门尼德提出后,便为后世的西方哲学家所普遍讨论。在《李尔王》的英文原著中,“nothing”具有多元的内在含义。“有”与“没有”的讨论涉及了亲情、爱情多个方面,主人公观念中两者二元关系的转变也演绎着关于“真人”的成长故事。不论是对个体存在状态的呈现还是对人与自然动态关系的思考,《李尔王》都极具历史与现实两个维度的哲学价值。《李尔王》在双线索的交织中塑造出一众个性迥异而鲜明的人物形象,“有”与“没有”之间,暗含着“爱”的形式与本质之争,藏匿着“真人”成长蜕变的隐性轨迹。透过失势、战争、死亡、赎罪,我们思考生命存在的意义,审视社会关系的复杂,收获深沉的人性力量。
“Nothing can come of nothing”,as a classic line in Shakespeare’s tragedy King Lear,profoundly depicts the spiritual background of early Lear.The important philosophical proposition of“Nothing in Nothing”has been widely discussed by later Western philosophers since it was put forward by Parmenides,an ancient Greek philosopher.In the original English version of King Lear,“nothing”has multiple inner meanings.The discussion of“something”and“nothing”involves many aspects of family and love,and the transformation of the binary relationship between the two in the protagonist’s concept also deduces the growth story of“real person”.Both the presentation of individual existence and the reflection on the dynamic relationship between man and nature,King Lear is of great philosophical value in both historical and realistic dimensions.
