摘要
文章以两个省级公共图书馆文化扶贫志愿者深入贫困县文化扶贫调研为基础,阐述了县域公共文化服务机构开展文化精准扶贫的优势,同时对县域公共文化服务机构的服务现状进行深入剖析,针对存在的问题,提出了诸如供需对接、多元服务、人才建设、社会参与等一系列具有实践性、操作性的对策。
Based on the investigation of cultural poverty alleviation in two provincial public libraries,the article expounds the advantages of cultural precision poverty alleviation in county public cultural service institutions.At the same time,this paper analyzes the service status of county public cultural service organizations,and puts forward a series of practical and operational countermeasures such as supply and demand connection,diversified services,talent construction,and social participation.
