摘要
名辩思想在先秦诸子学术思想中独放异彩,名辩逻辑与印度因明和希腊逻辑并称为世界三大逻辑源流。公孙龙的名辩思想在春秋战国社会变革剧烈、社会动荡不安的时代,在"名实相怨"的契机下产生,其思想具有鲜明的理性思辨特色,公孙龙在其《名实论》中区分了"物、实、位、正",并分别对"实"和"名"做了界定,进而在《白马论》中进行了"白马非马"的著名论辩。公孙龙在匡正名实关系使之相符的时代使命下提出名辩思想,其理论内容分别为"以名正实"和"辩名指实"。我们对名辩思想的研究应该回归时代背景,用理性的分析对其进行文化的诠释,这样才有助于具有中国特色的名辩逻辑的继承与发展。
The idea of Ming-bian shines in the scholarship of the pre-Qin philosophers,and is known as one of the three major sources of logic in the world,along with Indian logic and Greek logic.Gongsun Long’s thoughts on Ming-bian arose out of the dramatic social changes and turmoil during the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Period,and took the reality of the"mutual discontent of Name and Substance"as an opportunity to develop his ideas which is characterized by distinctive rational thought.In the On Names and Substances,he distinguished"things","substance","position"and"righteousness",and defined"substance"and"name"respectively,and then launched his famous claim that"white horses are not horses"in the On White Horses.Under the mission of correcting the relationship between the names and the substances,Gongsun Long put forward his ideas about Ming-bian,which consisted of"correcting the substances with the names"and"distinguishing the names by referring to the substances".
