摘要
现代医学技术的发展,特别是医疗行业资本化,使医学逐渐淡化了其"治病救人"的宗旨和目标,使医生变成了受资本雇佣的仆役,导致医学价值诉求和实践目的双重异化,从而使对医学人文精神复归的渴望和欲求成为对抗医学技术异化的有力武器。马克思主义人学把人作为实践的主体,置于具体的社会历史条件中,探究人的本质和价值,追寻人的自由和解放。这与医学的以"仁术"为价值诉求和"以人为本"的实践目的相吻合,因此,本文以马克思主义人学为视角对医学人文精神做深入的剖析和解构,并在此基础上确立医学人文精神的逻辑起点和价值导向,重构医学人文精神的实质和目标。
The development of modern medical technology,Especially after the capitalization of the medical industry,The medicine gradually diluted the purposes and objectives of“saving lives”,The doctor turned by the capital employed servants,that leads to the double dissimilation of medical value pursuit and practical purpose.Thus,the desire and desire to restore the humanistic spirit of medicine has become a powerful weapon against the alienation of medical technology.Marx’s doctrine of humanism regards man as the main body of practice,Placed in certain concrete social and historical conditions,Exploring the nature and value of human beings,Search for the freedom and liberation of man,which medicine with“benevolence”as the value and“the people-oriented”practice to coincide.This thesis analyzes and deconstructs the medical humanistic spirit from the perspective of Marx’s Humanism,And on this basis,establish the logical starting point and value orientation of medical humanistic spirit,Reconstructing the essence and goal of medical humanistic spirit.
