摘要
汽车液力缓速器的热交换能力是保证车辆稳定而持续制动的关键因素。为了研究液力缓速器的散热性能,建立了液力缓速器的散热数学模型,利用Simulink进行仿真分析;搭建了液力缓速器的试验平台,利用试验方法分析液力缓速器在各工况下的热交换性能。研究结果可为液力缓速器的优化改进提供重要参考。
The heat exchange capacity of automotive hydraulic retarder is the key factor to ensure the stability and continuous braking of the vehicle.In order to study the heat dissipation performance of the hydraulic retarder,the heat dissipation mathematical model of the automotive hydraulic retarder was established and simulated using Simulink;The test platform of the hydraulic retarder is built,and the heat exchange performance of the hydraulic retarder under various working conditions is analyzed by using the test method;The research results provide an important reference for the optimization and improvement of hydraulic retarder.
