摘要
车身控制模块可控制汽车车身部分的用电器,包括电动车窗、室内灯、转向灯、前组合大灯、前后雾灯、遥控RKF、行人提示音、玻璃刮水器、中控锁、后视镜加热除霜等控制。由于目前车身控制模块开发通用性差,有必要开展平台化通用性的车身控制模块。鉴于此,根据车身控制模块的功能规范,提出建立燃油汽车与新能源汽车通用的平台化的车身控制模块硬件设计方案。采用该方案开发的车身控制模块已利用前期台架测试进行了验证。结果表明,该控制模块性能可靠,可为车身控制模块开发提供思路。
The body control module can control the electrical appliances of the car body,including electric windows,interior lights,turn signals,front combined headlights,front and rear fog lights,remote control RKF,pedestrian alert,glass wipers,central locking,rearview mirror heating and defrosting,etc.According to the functional specification of the body control module,it is proposed that due to the poor universality of the development of the body control module at present,it is necessary to develop a platform-based universal body control module and establish a platform-based hardware design scheme of the body control module for fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles.The body control module developed by this scheme has been verified by the early stage bench test,and the results show that its performance is reliable,It can provide ideas for the development of body control module.
