某轻型卡车后桥气室支架壳体撕裂故障分析及改进

摘要 现有的国内轻型卡车后桥通常采用冲焊桥壳和气压凸轮鼓式制动器,而制动器所用气室支架一般通过焊接固定板安装在桥壳本体上。某轻型卡车在整车道路试验过程中出现了气室支架固定板将桥壳本体撕裂的故障模式。鉴于此,本文对上述故障的原因进行了深入分析,并提出切实有效的改进方案。 Pneumatic drum brake and press-welding axle housing are used in most of the rear axle of light trucks in China.The air chamber bracket is generally installed on the axle housing through a welded supporting seat.In the road test process,there is a fault mode that the supporting seat of the air chamber support tears the axle housing.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the cause of the fault and puts forward an effective improvement plan.
