摘要
目的研究血府逐瘀汤联合氯吡格雷治疗老年冠心病的效果及对生存质量的影响。方法纳入本科收治的老年冠心病患者共100例,利用病历号尾数奇偶的方法将其划分为研究组以及常规组,每组样本容量均为50例。对常规组实行单纯的西药治疗模式,即对该组患者提供氯吡格雷药物展开治疗,对研究组实行中西医结合治疗模式,即对该组患者提供血府逐瘀汤联合氯吡格雷药物展开治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血小板聚集率、凝血指标水平以及生存质量。结果实行治疗之前,研究组血小板聚集率以及凝血指标水平相较于常规组而言,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实行治疗之后,研究组治疗有效率、血小板聚集率、凝血指标水平以及生存质量相较与常规组而言,均获得了显著的优化效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年冠心病患者实行中西医结合治疗模式,即指导患者服用血府逐瘀汤联合氯吡格雷药物展开治疗,可将其治疗效果、血小板聚集率、凝血指标水平以及生存质量均优化至最佳状态中,存在着较大的临床推广以及应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease and its effect on the quality of life.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our department.They were divided into study group and routine group by using the method of odd and even number of medical records.The sample size of each group was 50 cases.The conventional group was treated with western medicine alone,that is,clopidogrel was provided to the patients in the group,and the study group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,that is,xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with clopidogrel was provided to the patients in the group.Treatment effect,platelet aggregation rate,coagulation index level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before the treatment,the platelet aggregation rate and coagulation index level in the study group were not significantly different from those in the conventional group and were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the implementation of treatment,the treatment efficiency,platelet aggregation rate,coagulation index level and quality of life of the study group were significantly optimized compared with the conventional group,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In view of the elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment pattern,namely guide patients take therapeutic combined clopidogrel treatment drug,it can be therapeutic effect,platelet aggregation rate,blood coagulation indexes in the level and quality of life were optimized to best state,there is a great clinical popularization and application value.
