摘要
目的探讨日间手术模式下采用绿激光系统治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选择2018年3月—2019年3月本院收治的前列腺增生患者84例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各42例。两组均给予绿激光系统治疗,对照组为非日间手术模式,观察组为日间手术模式,比较两组手术指标及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组与对照组手术时间、术后血红蛋白下降水平比较均无统计意义(P>0.05),但术后留置导尿管时间、膀胱冲洗时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Q-max、RUV等指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Q-max均升高,RUV下降,且相较于对照组,观察组更显著(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.14%,略低于对照组的9.52%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论日间手术模式下采用绿激光系统治疗前列腺增生手术创伤与非日间手术无差异性,但其更能促进患者快速恢复,术后并发症发生率也并无明显上升,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of green laser system in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia under daytime operation mode.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 84 patients with BPH those treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=42) and observation group(n=42). Both groups were treated with green laser system. The control group was a non-daytime operation mode, while the observation group was a daytime operation mode. The operation indexes and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical significance in operation time and hemoglobin decrease after operation between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05), but the time of indwelling catheter and bladder irrigation after operation in observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Q-max, RUV and other indicators between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, Q-max increased and RUV decreased in both groups, and compared with the control group, the change in observation group was more significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.14%, slightly lower than that in the control group(9.52%). There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions There is no difference between daytime operation and non-daytime operation in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with green laser system, but it could promote the rapid recovery of patients, and the incidence of complications after operation has not increased significantly, so it is worth popularizing and applying.
