摘要 随着生活水平的不断提高,目前脑卒中已经是我国死亡率第一位的疾病,因为其预后差,死亡率高,为我国的社会和经济带来了极大的负担。此外,最新研究发现PPARγ与脑卒中有密切联系,通过激活PPARγ可以减轻脑卒中后脑损伤,调节PPARγ的表达对高血压、糖尿病及高脂血症等脑卒中高危因素也具有重要影响。本文通过探讨PPARγ在脑卒中发病过程中的作用为防治脑卒中提供理论依据。 With the continuous improvement of living standards,stroke has been the disease of highest mortality in China.Because of its poor prognosis and high mortality,it has brought a great burden to the society and economy of our country.In addition,the latest research found that PPARγis closely related to stroke,and activating PPARγ can reduce brain damage after stroke.And regulating the expression of PPARγ also has an important impact on high-risk factors such as hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of stroke by exploring the role of PPARγin the pathogenesis of stroke.
