摘要
制度是定国安邦之根本,是关系党和国家事业发展的根本性、全局性、稳定性、长期性问题。国家治理过程是治理体系不断完善和治理能力不断提升的过程,也是建立现代国家制度体系的过程。优质的制度供给力是国家治理现代化的应有之义和必然要求。优化提升制度供给力,必须全面加强党的领导,坚持"人民至上"价值遵循,突出问题导向、目标导向、结果导向,着力深化制度供给侧结构性改革,最大限度地形成制度合力、释放制度效力,持续彰显新时代中国特色社会主义制度优越性,才能确保国家治理现代化目标如期实现。
System is the fundamental of fixing the country and the state,is the fundamental,overall,stable and long-term issues related to the development of the Party and the country.The process of national governance is a process of continuous improvement of the governance system and capacity,as well as the establishment of a modern system of state institutions.The high-quality system supply force is the due meaning and inevitable requirement of the modernization of national governance.Optimized system supply,through comprehensively strengthen the Party’s leadership,adhere to the"people first"values,the outstanding problem orientation,goal orientation,result orientation,deepen structural reform system supply side,maximize the formation system together,release system power,continue to show the features of the new era of China’s socialist system superiority.Only in this way can we ensure that the goal of modernizing national governance can be achieved on schedule.
