摘要
作为传统中医学的重要分支,日本汉方医学的近代化不仅仅是药理、病理与治疗手段的近代化,更重要的是作为其理论基础的医学哲学的近代化与科学化。通过考察心身关系论在近代日本汉方医学思想中的变化过程可以看出,汉方医学哲学在坚持东方自然哲学式心身一体论认知的基础上,围绕神经这一概念,融合西方近代机械论式身体观,为传统医学的临床治疗扫清了伦理上的障碍,也在东西方医学知识体系之间架构了双向交流的桥梁,加速了整个汉方医学体系的近代化与科学化。日本汉方医学哲学是中医哲学与近代西方科学技术哲学融合的一次较为成功的尝试。
As an important branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine(=TCM),the modernization of Japanese Kampo Medicine(=JKM)is not only modernization in pharmacology,pathology,and treatment methods,but also the modernization and scientificization of medical philosophy based on its theoretical foundation.On the basis of insisting on the Mind-body theories of oriental natural philosophy,JKM integrates western modern medical mechanistic body view.It cleared the ethical obstacles for the clinical treatment of TCM,and also serves as a bridge for the two-way communication of Eastern and Western medical knowledge systems.It is a relatively successful attempt to integrate TCM philosophy with modern western philosophy of science and technology.It has reference significance for the current development of TCM.
