摘要
建筑工程联合测绘是一项综合性联合测绘工作,包括了建筑工程竣工验收阶段的规划条件核实测量、人防工程竣工验收测量、不动产测量等。联合测绘成果是建设工程规划核实、人防工程验收、不动产确权登记等行政工作的重要依据,其成果的真实性、准确性关系到多方利益,有必要加强其质量管控。本文介绍了珠海联合测绘工作内容,分析了联合测绘质量检验要点,探讨了利用联合测绘监管平台,实现联合测绘全流程监管与高效共享。
Construction joint surveying and mapping is a comprehensive joint surveying and mapping work,which includes verification and measurement of planning conditions at the completion and acceptance stage of construction projects,completion and acceptance measurement of civil air defense projects,real estate measurement,etc.The results of joint surveying and mapping are the important basis for administrative work such as planning and verification of construction projects,acceptance of civil air defense projects,registration of real estate ownership,etc.The authenticity and accuracy of the results are related to the interests of many parties,so it is very necessary to strengthen its quality control.This paper introduces the contents of joint surveying and mapping work in Zhuhai,analyzes the key points of joint surveying and mapping quality inspection,and discusses how to use the joint surveying and mapping supervision platform to realize the supervision and efficient sharing of the whole process of joint surveying and mapping.
