摘要
目的研究湖南省食源和人源汤卜逊沙门菌的耐药特征。方法收集湖南省食品和食源性疾病散发病例中分离的汤卜逊沙门菌32株,经生化鉴定和血清分型确认后使用微量肉汤稀释法测试对14种抗生素的耐药表型。结果试验菌株对氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦和四环素的耐药率最高,均达到71.9%;除萘啶酸(34.4%)、庆大霉素(3.1%)和亚胺培南(0%)外,对其他11种抗生素的耐药率均超过50%。测试菌株多重耐药率达81.3%,对6~9种抗生素耐药的菌株有12株,占37.5%,对10~13种抗生素耐药的菌株有11株,占34.4%,其中1株分离于扇贝的汤卜逊沙门菌对除亚胺培南以外的其他13种抗生素耐药。人源株对氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢唑林、头孢西丁、头孢他啶、头孢噻污、氯霉素、阿奇霉素和环丙沙星的耐药率高于食源株,而萘啶酸则相反。结论湖南省汤卜逊沙门菌耐药严重,多重耐药明显,人源菌株的耐药情况相对食源菌株更严重。
Objective To study the antimicrobial resistance of Salmonella Thompson isolates in Hunan province.Methods Thirty-two strains of Salmonella Thompson isolated from foods and sporadic cases of foodborne diseases in Hunan province were collected.Broth microdilution method was used to determine the strains resistance to 14 antibiotics after biochemical identification and serotyping.Results The test strains had the highest resistance rate to ampicillin,ampicillin/sulbactam and tetracycline,all reaching 71.9%.With the exception of nalidixic acid(34.4%),gentamicin(3.1%)and imipenem(0%),the resistance rates of the other 11 antibiotics exceeded 50%.The multi-drug resistance rate of the tested strains reached 81.3%.There were 12(37.5%)strains resistant to 6~9 antibiotics,and 11(34.4%)strains resistant to 10~13 antibiotics,of which 1 strain isolated from scallops was resistant to 13 antibiotics other than imipenem.The resistance rates of strains isolated from human to ampicillin,ampicillin/sulbactam,cefazolin,cefoxitin,ceftazidime,cefotaxime,chloramphenicol,azithromycin and ciprofloxacin were higher than those strains isolated from food source,while naphthalene,the pyridine acid,was the opposite.Conclusions The antimicrobial resistance and multi-drug resistance of Salmonella Thompson in Hunan province were serious.The drug resistance of strains isolated from human sources was more serious than those from food sources.
