摘要
目的分析广州地区牛奶特异性免疫球蛋白E(sIgE)阳性儿童血清中酪蛋白(CAS)、α-乳白蛋白(ALA)、β-乳球蛋白(BLG)sIgE的阳性分布特征。方法使用CAS、ALA、BLG包被聚乙烯板,建立间接酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)检测方法,分析血清中牛奶sIgE阳性儿童CAS、ALA及BLG sIgE的水平及分布情况。结果90例牛奶sIgE阳性儿童血清CAS、ALA、BLG sIgE OD_(450)(稀释30倍)分别为(0.16±0.17)、(0.17±0.18)、(0.18±0.17),显著高于对照组(0.05±0.04)、(0.05±0.06)、(0.06±0.05)(P均<0.05),阳性率分别为36.67%、42.22%、48.89%。男女性别间阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3岁以下儿童三种致敏蛋白sIgE阳性率均显著高于6~13岁儿童。53.33%牛奶sIgE阳性儿童至少对CAS、ALA、BLG其中1种蛋白sIgE阳性,同时对此三种致敏蛋白sIgE阳性儿童有31.11%。结论大部分牛奶sIgE阳性儿童同时对2种以上牛奶致敏蛋白成分sIgE阳性,ALA和BLG为广州地区儿童牛奶致敏主要的组分,低年龄组儿童三种致敏蛋白sIgE阳性率显著高于高年龄组儿童。
Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of cow milk components casein(CAS),α-lactalbumin(ALA)andβ-lactoglobulin(BLG)specific immunoglobulin E(sIgE)in children with positive cow milk-sIgE in Guangzhou.Methods Indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)for CAS,ALA and BLG sIgE were established to analyze the serum levels and distribution of these cow milk components in cow milk-sIgE positive children.Results The OD_(450)values of CAS,ALA and BLG sIgE in the serum(30 times dilution)of 90 cow milk-sIgE positive children were(0.16±0.17),(0.17±0.18)and(0.18±0.17),respectively,significantly higher than those in the control group(0.05±0.04),(0.05±0.06),(0.06±0.05)(all P<0.05),and the positivity rates were 36.67%,42.22%and 48.89%,respectively.There were no significant differences in the positivity rates between male and female.The positivity rates of these sIgE in children under 3 years were significantly higher than those of aged 6-13 years.53.33%children were positive for at least one of components sIgE,and 31.11%children were positive for these three components sIgE.Conclusion s Most children with cow milk-sIgE were positive for two or more cow milk-sIgE components.ALA and BLG were the most important cow milk allergens in children in Guangzhou.The positivity rates of three allergenic protein sIgE in younger children were significantly higher than those in older ones.
