摘要
目的分析猪链球菌合并粪类圆线虫感染所致临床表现及诊治。方法通过宏基因组技术及粪检诊断1例猪链球菌所致腓肠肌脓肿合并粪类圆线虫感染病例并进行分析总结及相关文献复习。结果患者因“双小腿肿痛7 d伴发热2 d”于2021年7月22日入广州市番禺区中心医院,诊断为猪链球菌病(腓肠肌脓肿)、粪类圆线虫感染、痛风性关节炎,经过积极治疗后患者脓肿消退,病情好转后出院。多次复查大便无异常,完全驱虫。结论临床医生应加强对猪链球菌及粪类圆线虫病的认识,提高临床多元思维,避免漏诊及误诊。
Objective To explore the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of Streptococcus suis and Strongyloides stercoralis co-infection.Methods Macrogenomic technology and fecal examination were used to diagnosis a case of gastrocnemius abscess caused by Streptococcus suis combined with Strongyloides stercoralis.This case was summearized and relevant literatures were reviewed.Results The patient admitted to Guangzhou Panyu Central Hospital in 22 July 2021 because of“Bilateral calves swelling and pain for 7 days,with fever for 2 days”was diagnosed as Streptococcus suis and Strongyloides stercoralis caused gastrocnemius abscess,and gouty arthritis.The patient was recovered and discharged after active treatment.The feces were checked for nothing and complete deworming was achieved.Conclusion Clinicians should improve their understanding of Streptococcus suis and Strongyloides stercoralis to reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
