摘要
以江苏省为例,根据2011~2017年数据,采用回归模型对支撑国有林场的4大资金来源进行分析,发现林业的发展主要靠财政资金支持,而商业贷款阻碍林业发展,建议发挥市场主体作用,改革金融机构供给端,使其对林业产业发展发挥更大作用。
Taking Jiangsu Province as an example,the four major sources of funds supporting of stateowned forest farms were analyzed by regression model based on the data from 2011 to 2017.It was found that the development of forestry mainly rely on financial funds and modern financial loans interest even hinders the forestry development.This paper suggested that playing market role,reforming the supply side of financial institutions so as to play greater positive role in the development of the forestry industry.
