摘要
LNG加气站在日常存储运营中不可避免地会产生LNG蒸气(BOG),准确分析影响LNG加气站BOG的生成因素,是减少BOG产生以及合理回收BOG的基础条件。根据典型LNG加气站工艺流程,运用HYSYS软件构建LNG加气站BOG动态模型,模拟分析LNG储罐绝热性能、加液回气以及加液频率等对LNG储罐压力和BOG生成的影响。结果表明:储罐绝热效果和加液频率对BOG产生影响最大,加液回气对BOG影响可忽略不计。
Production of BOG was inevitable in daily storage and operation of LNG station.Accurate analysis of the factors affecting the generation of BOG provided the basic condition to reduce the production of BOG and recover it properly.According to the typical process of LNG filling station,the BOG dynamic model of LNG filling station was built by HYSYS software,and then the influences of the thermal insulation performance of LNG storage tank,liquid injection to return gas and frequency of adding liquid on the pressure and BOG generation of the tank was simulated and analyzed.The results show that the adiabatic effect and refueling frequency had created the greatest influence on BOG,and the influence of return gas of refueling was negligible.
