摘要
目的探究负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗糖尿病足的康复护理及实施价值。方法选取糖尿病足患者进行研究,共60例,均实施VSD治疗,分成两组,参照组30例应用常规护理,研究组30例应用康复护理,对比护理效果。结果在护理后症状积分、生活质量评分方面,研究组更优,各数据与参照组比较,P<0.05。结论糖尿病足患者在VSD治疗后应用康复护理,效果显著。
objective to explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)on the rehabilitation of diabetic foot.Methods 60 patients with diabetic foot were divided into two groups,30 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,30 patients in the study group were treated with rehabilitation nursing.Results:the symptom score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of rehabilitation nursing after VSD treatment in patients with diabetic foot can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,promote treatment and improve quality of life.
