摘要
为提高含酚废水的厌氧降解性能,降低水力停留时间,以导电性强、能加速铁还原过程的纳米Fe3O4为投加物,在上流式厌氧污泥床反应器(UASB)中处理含酚废水。结果表明,纳米Fe3O4的加入使COD、苯酚去除率分别提高约11、26百分点,废水可生化性提高、生物毒性降低。在纳米Fe3O4的作用下污泥结构紧密、粒径增大。高通量测序分析表明,投加纳米Fe3O4可以使微生物群落结构得以改变:古菌Methanothrix丰度提高11.9%,细菌在属的分类水平上富集Pelotomaculum、Syntrophus、Seditntibacter等功能微生物,提高反应器的降解效率。
In order to improve the anaerobic degradation performance of phenol wastewater and reduce HRT,Fe3O4 nanoparticles was used as an additive with strong electrical conductivity and quick iron reduction,and the phenol wastewater was treated in upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)reactors.The result showed that the addition of Fe3O4 nanoparticles increased the removal rate of COD and phenol by about 11%and 26%respectively.The biodegradability of wastewater was improved and the biotoxicity was reduced.Under the effect of Fe3O4 nanoparticles,the sludge structure was tighter and the particle size increased.High-throughput sequencing showed that the addition of Fe3O4 nanoparticles could significantly change the microbial community structure in the reactor.The abundance of the archaea Methanothrix increased by 11.9%.Bacterial genus was enriched in functional microorganisms such as Pelotomaculum,Syntrophus and Seditntibacter,which improved the degradation efficiency of the reactor.
