摘要
于2015年夏季(8月)利用QNC6-1型挖泥斗采样,调查黄河口牡蛎产卵场海域6个站位表层沉积物中Zn、Cr、Cd、Cu、Pb、Hg和As7种重金属的含量,采用Hakanson的潜在生态危害指数法评价该海域重金属的污染现状和潜在生态风险。结果表明,该海域沉积物中Zn、Cd、Pb、Cu、Cr、As和Hg的平均含量分别为(42.65±6.43)mg/kg、(0.20±0.13)mg/kg、(19.17±9.83)mg/kg、(14.72±8.11)mg/kg、(41.00±5.76)mg/kg、(15.71±7.95)mg/kg、(0.04±0.04)mg/kg;Cd、Pb和As污染系数较高,是潜在的重金属污染因子;单因子潜在生态风险系数由高到低依次为:Cd>As>Hg>Pb=Cu>Zn>Cr,其中,Cd的潜在生态风险系数较高,是潜在生态风险因子;各站位污染综合指数平均值为5.39,表明该海域沉积物中重金属污染为中度污染;潜在生态风险指数平均值为(71.51±34.38),属低潜在生态风险,表明该海域沉积物中重金属潜在生态风险处于较低水平。
In summer(August)of 2015, we monitored the contents of Zn, Cr, Cd, Cu, Pb, Hg, and As in surface sediments in 6 stations of spawning grounds in Yellow River estuary and adjacent waters, and evaluated the pollution status and potential ecological risk of heavy metals in the sediments by Hakanson potential ecological harm index. The results showed that average level of the metals was found to be(42.65 ± 6.43)mg/kg in Zn,(0.20 ± 0.13)mg/kg in Cd,(19.17 ± 9.83)mg/kg in Pb,(14.72 ± 8.11)mg/kg in Cu,(41.00 ± 5.76)mg/kg in Cr,(15.71 ± 7.95)mg/kg in As,and(0.04 ± 0.04)mg/kg in Hg, with potential heavy metal contamination factors in Cd, Pb and As. The descending order of single factor potential ecological risk coefficients was described as Cd>As>Hg>Pb=Cu>Zn>Cr, with the highest potential ecological risk coefficient in Cd, and average of comprehensive pollution index of 5.39 at each station, indicating that the heavy metal pollution in the sediments of this sea area is mainly medium pollution. The average potential ecological risk index of(71.51 ± 34.38)was observed in Yellow River estuary and adjacent waters, with low level of potential ecological risk of the heavy metals.
