摘要
“引火归元法”最早见于《景岳全书》,主要用于肾水不足,虚火上亢以及肾水寒极,阴寒内盛,阴盛格阳等无根之火浮越之证。原发性高血压在中医辨证上属于“眩晕”“头痛”等范畴,治疗常责之以肝脾肾。老年高血压患者随年龄增长,肾中精气渐亏,故以“虚”为本,只从实火的角度论治,一味苦寒攻伐,则会加剧病情,故临床上治疗老年高血压须另辟蹊径。“引火归元法”在老年性高血压中的应用是将浮游之火下潜于肾,而非直折其火,是对《黄帝内经》中“微者逆之、甚者从之”思想的发挥。
The method of“Initiating Fire to Return to Yuan”was first seen in the Jingyue Quanshu.It is mainly used for insufficient of Shenshui(肾水),flaoting fire and the extreme cold of Shenshui(肾水),insolating the Yang,and other rootless fire floating evidence.Essential hypertension belongs to the categories of“Dizziness”and“Headache”in TCM syndrome differentiation and often treated from the perspective of liver,spleen and kidney.Elderly hypertensive patients gradually lose their essence and Qi in their kidneys with age,so they are based on“Deficiency”and treat only from the perspective of actual fire.Blindly attacking with bitter and cold will aggravate the condition.Therefore,clinical treatment of elderly hypertension requires a different approach.The application of“Initiating Fire to Return to Yuan”in senile hypertension is to submerge the floating fire in the kidney instead of directly breaking the fire.It is a reflection of the idea of“the Slightest Rebellion,and the Even Following it”in the Huangdi Neijing.
