摘要
目的:收集肝气虚相关中医古籍及历代中医名家对肝气虚相关内容的论述,对其进行系统的整理,梳理肝气虚的发展源流,为临床医师指导肝气虚的诊断、治疗提供参考。方法:以《中华医典》为检索数据库进行检索,按纳入标准选出与本研究相关的文献条文建立数据库,最后采用SPSS26.0对录入数据进行频数分析。结果:对收录的中医古医籍条文进行整理,共收录与肝气虚有关的条文239条,中医古籍118本,分析这些条文的出处、成书时期、作者等。结论:肝气虚肇始于秦汉时期,发展于隋唐时期,充实于宋金元时期,完善于明清时期。
Objective:To collect the traditional Chinese medicine ancient books related to liver-qi deficiency and the discussion on the content of liver-qi deficiency by famous traditional Chinese medicine experts in the past,and to organize them systematically,sort out the development source of liver-qi deficiency,and provide references for clinicians to guide the diagnosis and treatment of liver-qi deficiency.Methods:The Chinese Medical Dictionary was used as the search database to search,and the literature articles related to this study were selected according to the inclusion criteria to establish a database.Finally,SPSS26.0 was used to perform frequency analysis on the input data.Result:After sorting out the articles of ancient Chinese medical books,239 articles上writing period and author of these articles were analyzed.Conclusion:Deficiency of liver qi originated in the Qin and Han dynasties,developed in the Sui and Tang dynasties,enriched in the Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,and perfected in the Ming and Qing dynasties.
