摘要
高边坡锚索如果使用传统的人工上索,不但费时费力、速度缓慢、成本高昂,而且存在较大的安全隐患。因此,文章在长河大坝泄洪洞进口和出口边坡的基础上,对高边坡锚索的自动下索绳技术进行了深入研究。经过多个工程的成功应用,最终形成一套适用于边坡锚索自动下索的自动化施工工艺,以弥补国内在这一领域的空白,解决了高边坡锚索下索施工中存在的安全问题,对同类工程的建设具有一定的参考价值。
A anchoring cables on high slopes,if traditional manual methods are used,not only is it time-consuming and labor-intensive,but also requires lowering the cables,resulting in slow speed,high cost,and significant safety hazards.Therefore,this article based on the inlet and outlet slopes of the Changhe Dam spillway tunnel,in-depth research has been conducted on the automatic rope lowering technology of high slope anchor cable.After successful application in multiple projects,a slope anchor cable automated cable lowering construction method was finally summarized,which solved the gap in mechanization and automation of anchor cable lowering in China,and thus solved the safety problems in high slope anchor cable lowering construction.It has certain reference value for the construction of similar projects.
