摘要
该文针对循环水槽扩散段开展了结构扩展角参数设计,采用CFD方法评估分析了其流动分离风险,并给出了建议设计值。此外,还通过填角的方式削弱了扩散段横截面内的回流,提高了扩散段内部流场的均匀性。该研究成果及评估方法可为循环水槽的结构设计提供相关技术参考。
In this paper,the structural diffuse angle parameters are designed for the diffuser section of circulating channel,and the flow separation risk is evaluated and analyzed by CFD method,and the recommended design value is given.In addition,the backflow in the cross-section of the diffuser section is weakened by filling the angle,and the uniformity of the flow field in the diffuser section is improved.The research results and evaluation method in this paper can provide technical reference for the structural design of circulating channel.
