临县是黄河中游水土流失重点县之一,是淤地坝建设大县。做好该县淤地坝工程的运行管理、管护,确保淤地坝工程效益持续发挥,促进淤地坝建设的可持读发展,减少入黄泥沙,推动黄河高质量发展,具有十分重要的意义。
Lin County is one of the key counties for soil erosion in the middle Yellow River,and it is a major county for the construction of silt dam system.It is of great significance to do a good job in the operation management and protection of the silt dam project,to ensure that the benefits of the silt dam project can continue to be exerted,to promote the sustainable development of the silt dam construction,to reduce sediment entering the Yellow River,and to promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
